Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Topazzio, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment obligations for both commercial and individual clients across our range of services.
2. Commercial Client Policies
2.1 Contract Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to project commencement
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the total contract value will be applied for cancellations within 30 days of project start
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed or expenses incurred
2.2 Non-Payment Consequences
- Accounts unpaid after 30 days will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee
- Services will be suspended for accounts 60 days past due
- Legal action may be pursued for accounts 90 days past due
- All unpaid balances will be reported to credit bureaus
2.3 Lost or Damaged Materials
- Clients are responsible for all materials provided for projects
- Replacement costs for lost or damaged materials will be added to the final invoice
- Insurance claims must be filed by the client for significant losses
3. Individual Client Policies
3.1 Cleaning Services
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking: $35 fee retained, balance refunded
- Cancellations within 48 hours of service date: $35 fee retained, balance refunded
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- For recurring cleaning services canceled after the first service:
* Full payment for the first service will be retained
* A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value will be charged
* Client will be added to a restricted list for future service bookings
* Any promotional discounts applied will be reversed and charged at full price
3.2 Interior Design Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable
- Project cancellations require 7 days notice for partial refund
- 50% of deposit retained for cancellations after design work has begun
3.3 Structural Design Services
- 25% cancellation fee for projects cancelled before final drawings
- No refunds after final drawings are delivered
- Revisions beyond initial scope will incur additional charges
4. General Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts
5. Dispute Resolution
- All refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion
- Disputes will be reviewed by our customer service team within 10 business days
- Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration
6. Policy Modifications
Topazzio, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to this policy.
